After they enter the join code the first time, they will stay connected to your class and will only need to sign in with their email address/Google Account to access your class moving forward. Get the Join Code for your class from the teacher app by tapping the '+ Students' button on the bottom right. You will need to request this from the class teacher, and can be entered by visiting the Google. Join the official community for Google Workspace administrators. If you are using the email/Google sign-in option and not importing directly from Google classroom, get the Join Code for your class from the teacher app by tapping the '+ Students' button on the bottom right. Alternatively, you can join a class using a Class code. Previously, education leaders and other support staff had to be added as permanent co-teachers in Google Classroom if they wanted to provide support to teachers, manage substitutes or check on student progress. If you created your class using the Google Classroom import option, students will simply sign in to their Google account to view your class. We recommend Email/Google Sign In only if students can remember their email address and password independently (Grades 4 and higher). Students will sign in to Seesaw using their email address or Google Account.
